Job Summary
To support care navigation initiatives, the full-time remote Data Analyst III will conduct data analysis to showcase the company's impact, develop operational analytics, and deliver strategic insights while guiding best practices in the analytics ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Develop operational analytics using various data sources to identify trends and improve service delivery in care navigation
- Integrate and blend data from multiple systems to create reliable reporting datasets for operational and client needs
- Utilize business intelligence tools to deliver data storytelling and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical management programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5-8 years of experience in quantitative analytics and advanced analytic modeling in the healthcare sector
- Expert proficiency with SQL and relational databases, along with scripting languages like Python
- Strong experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Metabase
- Understanding of medical claims data and experience with data analytics services in cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
