Data Analyst IV

Job Summary

To support analytic data needs for the business unit, the full-time Data Analyst IV will manage complex data projects, provide advanced analytical support, and mentor other Data Analysts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations across various data areas including claims, provider, member, and clinical data
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large datasets from multiple system platforms
• Develop reports and make recommendations to management based on data analysis and operational impacts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Access, and other analytical tools
