Data Analyst, Operations

Job Summary

Partnering semi-embedded with operations and customer support teams, the full-time Data Analyst, Operations will manage complex analytics projects, deliver actionable insights, and create self-service analytics tools to enhance decision-making and improve member outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex analytic work by framing questions, defining measurement, and delivering evidence-based narratives that influence roadmap decisions
• Lead high-impact ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities or trends in operations data, providing recommendations that directly impact customer outcomes
• Create self-service analytics tools, including dashboards and reusable queries, while mentoring teammates and guiding stakeholders in their usage

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, particularly with operations teams to drive product improvements
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI; familiarity with DBT or Airflow is a plus
• Deep expertise in data systems and processes, especially in delivering scalable self-service analytics
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships across the organization
• Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus
