Driving operational performance insights, the full-time hybrid Data Analyst Performance Manager will develop reporting tools, produce actionable KPI insights, and identify performance gaps to support decision-making across North Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the development and continuous improvement of operational performance dashboards and analytics
- Produce clear KPI insights that support action planning and performance follow-up
- Identify performance gaps and translate findings into practical improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supply chain, operations, or business analytics
- Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel, including dashboard creation and automation
- Working knowledge of SAP and performance data sources
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and root causes
- Fluency in English
