Data Analyst (SQL/Snowflake)
Job Summary
To support data analysis and regulatory initiatives, the remote contract Data Analyst (SQL/Snowflake) will analyze large datasets, validate data lineage, and ensure data quality while collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data across source systems and reporting platforms using advanced SQL
- Perform data profiling, validation, and exploratory analysis to assess data quality and structures
- Support the onboarding of new regulatory reports by analyzing data requirements and mappings
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including complex queries and data validation
- Experience working with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse
- Proven experience in data analysis and data profiling
- Understanding of data lineage, source-to-target mappings, and data transformations
- Ability to investigate data quality issues and conduct root cause analysis
