Data Analyst - Utility Analytics
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst - Utility Analytics, the remote contract position will analyze large-scale utility datasets, evaluate customer-facing digital products, and build interactive reporting tools to enhance business decisions and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large utility datasets to identify trends, patterns, and quality issues
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track product performance and key customer metrics
- Support customer-facing digital products using historical usage and billing data
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and utility customer usage data
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with large data extracts
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Experience with Databricks or large, multi-source datasets
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
