Job Summary
Analyzing ACO and value-based care performance data, the full-time remote Data Analyst - Value Based Care will develop reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring and operational decision-making while identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze ACO and value-based care performance data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance monitoring
- Evaluate key performance metrics related to ACO and Value-Based Care initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or a relevant field; or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, analytics, or related fields required
- Prior experience in healthcare analysis preferred
- Knowledge of ACO programs and Value Based Care preferred
- Experience with SQL or similar languages preferred
