Data Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and interpret findings to support healthcare initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes, including defining and validating metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
- Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and preparing documentation
- Consult with clients to identify business needs and translate requirements into data collection methods and analysis plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Experience with database and data analysis software, such as Tableau and Excel
- Knowledge of healthcare analytics and risk adjustment processes
