Data Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and create actionable insights to support healthcare initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by defining and validating metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
- Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence
- Interpret data analyses and present insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Experience with database software and data analysis tools, such as Tableau and Excel
- Knowledge of healthcare analytics and risk adjustment processes is highly desired
