Data Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Data Provisioning team, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will drive strategic data-informed decisions, gather and prepare data for analysis, and develop reporting solutions to enhance business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Executes creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by defining metrics and conducting various analyses
- Develops and automates business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence while collaborating with stakeholders
- Interprets data analyses to provide insights and compelling reports that influence decision-making among stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a leadership role
- Experience with database software and data analysis tools
- Strong background in healthcare analytics and Risk Adjustment
