Data Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
To drive strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and interpret findings to support critical healthcare initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable outcomes and define metrics for analysis
- Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Prepare and clean data for analytic efforts, ensuring data quality and accuracy for informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Experience with database software and data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel
- Knowledge of healthcare analytics and Risk Adjustment processes is preferred
