Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and prepare data for analytic efforts, develop and automate reporting solutions, and support the execution of data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and validate data from various sources, preparing it for analysis and ensuring quality and accuracy
• Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support and develop analytical models to enable informed business decisions and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• Strong SQL extract coding skills and experience with data extraction and visualization tools
• Experience in claims and risk adjustment, particularly in Medicare Advantage or Medicaid
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization
