Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and prepare data for analytic efforts, develop and automate reporting solutions, and create statistical models to drive actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate data from various sources, ensuring quality and accuracy for analysis
• Develop and implement analytical models and reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support data analysis interpretation and communicate findings effectively to influence decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• Strong SQL extract coding skills and experience with large datasets
• Experience in claims and risk adjustment, particularly in Medicare Advantage or Medicaid
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
