Data Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
To support data-informed decision-making, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and prepare data, develop analytical models, and implement business reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to drive actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and validate data from various sources to prepare for analytic efforts and ensure quality and accuracy
- Develop and implement analytical and statistical models to provide actionable insights for business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and automate reporting solutions, summarizing data and results effectively
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Strong SQL extract coding skills with a focus on quality assurance
- Experience with claims and risk adjustment, particularly in Medicare Advantage or Medicaid
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical programming languages
