Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting data-informed decisions, the full-time Data Analytics Consultant will gather and prepare data for analysis, develop and automate reporting solutions, and create analytical models, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate data from various sources for analytic efforts and prepare final datasets for analysis
• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in data presentation
• Support and create analytical models that lead to actionable insights and informed business decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• Strong SQL extract coding skills and experience with data visualization tools
• Experience in claims and risk adjustment, particularly in Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
