Data Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and prepare data for analytic efforts, develop and automate reporting solutions, and support the execution of data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and validate data from various sources, ensuring quality and accuracy for analysis
- Develop and implement analytical models and reporting solutions to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum three years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Strong SQL extract coding skills with experience in data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with statistical programming languages and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of claims and risk adjustment processes, particularly in Medicare Advantage or Medicaid
