Data Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and prepare data for analytic efforts, develop and automate reporting solutions, and create analytical models to drive actionable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and validate data from various sources, ensuring quality and accuracy for analysis
- Develop and implement analytical models and reporting solutions to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements and analysis plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Strong SQL extract coding skills and experience with large datasets
- Experience in claims and risk adjustment, particularly in Medicare Advantage or Medicaid
- Ability to develop reports and presentations that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders
