Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting data-informed decisions, the full-time Data Analytics Consultant will gather and prepare data for analytic efforts, develop and automate reporting solutions, and support the execution of creative data analytic approaches in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate data from various sources, ensuring quality and accuracy for analysis
• Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to design and plan projects
• Support and develop analytical models to enable informed business decisions, including testing and refining these models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• Strong SQL extract coding skills with a focus on quality assurance
• Experience with claims and risk adjustment, particularly in Medicare Advantage or Medicaid
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
