Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and prepare data for analytic efforts, develop reporting solutions, and create statistical models to drive actionable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and validate data from various sources to prepare for analysis and reporting
• Develop and automate business reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency
• Create and refine analytical models that provide actionable insights for informed business decisions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• Strong SQL extract coding skills with a focus on data quality assurance
• Experience with claims and risk adjustment in healthcare settings is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
