Data Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and prepare data for analytic efforts, develop and automate reporting solutions, and create analytical models to drive actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and validate data from various sources, ensuring quality and accuracy for analysis
- Develop and implement analytical models to support informed business decisions and actionable outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and automate business reporting solutions, summarizing data and results effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum three years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Strong SQL extract coding skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Experience in claims and risk adjustment, particularly in Medicare Advantage or Medicaid
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization
