Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant will gather and prepare data for analysis, develop and automate reporting solutions, and create analytical models to drive actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate data from various sources to prepare for analytic efforts and ensure data quality
• Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders
• Create and refine analytical models to provide actionable insights for informed business decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• Strong SQL extract coding skills with documented quality assurance
• Experience in claims and risk adjustment, particularly in Medicare Advantage or Medicaid
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
