Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and deliver enterprise Power BI reporting solutions, focusing on Revenue Cycle operations and stakeholder collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex reporting initiatives and mentor team members while ensuring production quality through governance and validation
- Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, creating interactive BI reports and summarizing key findings for stakeholders
- Gather and analyze data to define metrics, validate algorithms, and prepare data for analytic efforts, enabling informed business decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and report performance optimization
- Experience with Databricks or other cloud analytics platforms preferred
