Data Analytics Consultant IV

Job Summary

Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will gather and analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and interpret findings to support business initiatives in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes, including defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
• Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence
• Prepare data for analytic efforts by ensuring quality and accuracy, integrating datasets, and providing user training and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with database software and data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel
• Knowledge of healthcare analytics and Risk Adjustment processes
