Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will gather and analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and create analytical models to support healthcare initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes and develop, implement, and automate business reporting solutions
- Interpret data analyses and provide insights through reports and presentations to influence decision-making among stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather data, and ensure data quality for analytic efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in SQL coding and transformation of large datasets
- Experience with data analysis software and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)
