Data Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the middle of the data stack, the full-time Staff Data Analytics Engineer will transform raw data into reliable datasets, manage data pipelines, and define core business metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture and reliability of data pipelines that deliver complete, timely data into the warehouse
- Build and maintain modeled, tested, and documented datasets that teams can trust and safely modify
- Define and steward core business metrics to ensure clear and discoverable definitions for important numbers
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining production data pipelines and transformation layers
- Strong SQL and relational data modeling experience
- Experience with automated testing, version control, and software engineering practices applied to analytics/data work
- Experience integrating data systems with applications, APIs, or operational workflows
- Experience participating in or leading a BI/data tooling migration is strongly preferred
