Data Analytics Lead
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CFO, the full-time remote Data Analytics Lead will manage data flow and analytics in Sales and Revenue Operations, focusing on building trusted reporting, revenue forecasts, and supporting strategic decisions across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain reporting on pipeline, bookings, and sales performance using Looker and Snowflake
- Develop revenue and pipeline forecasts, as well as lead scoring and churn models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a unified revenue reporting system that integrates CRM, billing, and general ledger data
Required qualifications
- 4 - 8 years of experience in data roles, with expertise in analytics and data engineering
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with Snowflake and Looker or similar BI tools
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM data or Salesforce data, with a willingness to learn HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and build data solutions from scratch
