Data Analytics Lead
Job Summary
Building the CX data and analytics function from the ground up, the full-time Data Analytics Lead will define key metrics, develop data models, and deliver actionable insights to leadership while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the CX metrics layer, including service levels and customer satisfaction metrics
- Lead and develop the Analytics Engineering team, ensuring outputs align with CX team needs
- Deliver weekly metrics summaries and insights to CX leadership with clear recommendations
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in analytics or data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with dbt and a modern BI tool
- Proven track record of building an analytics function or data model from scratch
- Experience with customer support data and understanding of key CX metrics
- Strong data storytelling skills for executive audiences
