Data Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Analytics & Reporting Lead will manage data extraction, normalization, and visualization while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic insights through dashboards and predictive models.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, normalize, and shape data from source systems using SQL and APIs, ensuring data quality and consistency
• Design and build executive-ready dashboards in Power BI, translating complex data into clear visual narratives for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with leadership to define metrics and develop scalable data models that enhance business outcomes through analytics

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role with a proven track record of delivering dashboards and reports
• Strong proficiency in SQL for writing and optimizing complex queries across relational databases
• Hands-on experience with a major BI platform, such as Power BI or Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to work with multi-source data and produce clean analytical outputs
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize competing requests effectively
