Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Analytics Manager for Long-Term Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives
- Oversee the collection, cleansing, and analysis of large datasets to uncover trends and patterns
- Create data models, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to executives and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics or similar technology role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Redshift, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Proficient in MS Access & Excel, Project, Visio, and VB.Net
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Redshift, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus
