Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Owning the program's reporting and analytics function, the full-time Data Analytics Manager will lead the design and migration of a consolidated dashboard environment, establish data governance, and transform program data into actionable insights, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the program dashboard environment, ensuring accurate and consolidated reporting
• Define data standards and maintain data integrity across all reporting sources
• Conduct trend and variance analysis to support decision-making and produce executive summaries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years of experience in program reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence, including two years in a leadership role
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design
• Experience migrating reporting from legacy tools to modern dashboard platforms
• Strong Excel skills, including working with large and complex data sets
