Data & Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Leading a small, cross-functional data team, the full-time remote Data & Analytics Manager will manage the organization's data estate, oversee data architecture and analytics, and drive the adoption of modern data solutions while collaborating with IT and business units to support strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, contributing to technical design and delivery
- Oversee the architecture, integration, and maintenance of enterprise data platforms, ensuring data quality and security
- Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and promote self-service analytics tools across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in data management, analytics, or BI, with at least two years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services and familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools
- Experience managing small teams and delivering enterprise-grade data solutions
