Job Summary
Seeking a Data Analytics Manager, the full-time remote candidate will set the analytics roadmap, drive AI reporting and analytics, and lead guest analytics to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Set the data and analytics roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, defining KPIs and establishing a single source of truth
- Drive the organization's AI reporting agenda, utilizing tools to enhance performance analysis and insights
- Build dashboards and tools for Cafe Operations to monitor sales, traffic, labor, and service speed
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably in hospitality, retail, or food and beverage
- Expertise in SQL and experience with modern data and BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau) and ERP/Planning systems
- Experience with AI tools for analysis and reporting automation
- Familiarity with POS, loyalty, or digital ordering data, along with experiment design experience
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L drivers
