Data Analytics Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the analytics backbone of a fast-scaling energy and power planning function, the full-time remote Data Analytics Program Manager will manage large datasets, build data models, and produce executive-level reporting to drive cross-functional alignment and operational discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain centralized trackers for the full site lifecycle across numerous locations, from demand forecasting to construction delivery
• Build and manage data models integrating inputs from various sources to provide a reliable overview of portfolio health and risk
• Design risk tracking frameworks that embed due diligence outputs into PMO and capital workflows, ensuring seamless handoffs between teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analyst or data-heavy program management role with experience in managing complex datasets
• PMP certification or equivalent experience in structuring ambiguity
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• SQL proficiency; Python skills are a strong plus
• Experience in capital-intensive industries such as energy, utilities, or logistics is preferred
