Data Analytics Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Delivering trusted reporting and data maintenance, the full-time salaried Data Analytics Senior Analyst will manage a defined reporting queue and produce accurate outputs to support new-business sales performance for Individual Life Insurance sales leaders and distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly sales and distributor-level reporting on schedule
• Maintain and enhance standard Tableau dashboards and recurring reporting templates
• Validate sales data, reconcile discrepancies, and manage ad hoc data requests

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboards and reports
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with sales or financial data
• Ability to reconcile data across multiple sources and explain discrepancies
• Experience working within documented processes and recurring delivery cadences
• Conceptual understanding of sales constructs such as production and incentives
