Data Analytics Team Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on and experienced Data Analytics Team Lead, this full-time remote position will manage T-MSIS Analytic Files (TAF) while leading analytic activities and communicating results to CMS stakeholders and executive-level audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a technical and analytic lead for T-MSIS Analytic Files (TAF) and Medicaid administrative data
- Provide hands-on expertise in analyzing, interpreting, and validating TAF data
- Lead analytic activities while identifying and resolving data-quality and usability issues
Required qualifications
- Deep, hands-on experience using T-MSIS Analytic Files (TAF) for Medicaid analytics or related work
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid eligibility/enrollment, claims, and encounter data
- Experience leading complex data analytics activities or teams
- Strong client/stakeholder-facing experience, preferably with CMS
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, R, or similar analytic tools is preferred
