Job Summary
Owning the enterprise data and AI platform, the full-time remote Data and AI Architect will design, build, and secure data infrastructure while managing the platform roadmap and chairing the Data Governance Committee.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the platform roadmap and architecture, prioritizing and directing work across teams
- Design and maintain dbt models and data quality tests to ensure trusted reporting
- Administer PostgreSQL, manage security and access controls, and oversee AI integrations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, database administration, or data architecture
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL administration skills, including performance tuning and backup
- Experience with dbt or equivalent transformation tools and orchestration tools like Prefect
- Working knowledge of Azure or similar cloud platforms, including networking and identity
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and building automated deployment pipelines
