Data and AI Lead
Job Summary
To build the infrastructure for a leading regenerative agriculture data platform, the full-time Data and AI Lead will manage data models, pipelines, and integrations while collaborating with various teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain data models and pipelines in the data warehouse using Snowflake and dbt
- Run and manage integrations connecting CRM, project management, and remote sensing tools
- Deliver analytics for leadership and customer reporting while ensuring data quality across the platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in Snowflake and dbt
- Experience building API integrations and utilizing LLMs for business solutions
- Familiarity with agricultural, environmental, or remote sensing data is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly and improve solutions in an ambiguous environment
