Data and Analytics Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing data and analytics projects across a federal portfolio, the full-time salaried Data and Analytics Program Manager will ensure project delivery meets mission needs and quality standards while collaborating with technology and growth leaders to support business development and internal AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of contact with government leadership for analytics initiatives, providing concise reporting on progress, risks, and next steps
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery across multiple analytics projects, including schedules, priorities, budgets, and financial tracking
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers and drive data and analytics strategies aligned with operational and strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, business analytics, information systems management, or cybersecurity
• 10+ years of professional experience managing or leading analytics, reporting, or data-driven programs
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and overseeing the delivery of complex work efforts
• Hands-on proficiency with analytics pipelines and applications, along with familiarity with emerging AI/ML and automation applications
• US citizenship or permanent resident with the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
