Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Data and BI Technical Writer will assess and document data pipelines, warehouse components, dashboards, and reports while ensuring data quality and usability in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Test and validate data pipelines, warehouse components, dashboards, and reports against documented requirements
- Document discrepancies, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions while maintaining organized test records
- Support user acceptance activities and coordinate technical reviews to ensure accurate documentation of findings
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Minimum of six years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in technical communication, English, information systems, or a related field, or a permitted equivalent
- Ability to test data pipelines, warehouse components, dashboards, and reports
- Ability to evaluate data quality, integrity, accuracy, performance, and usability
