Job Summary
Driving the development of scalable analytics and reporting solutions, the full-time Data and Insight Analyst will manage data integration, report development, and performance optimization while collaborating with internal teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, design, and optimize analytics and reporting solutions using SQL, Hadoop, Hive, and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Automate reporting workflows and data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across data environments, providing guidance on best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years in analytics, including 3+ years in consulting and 3-5 years in data architecture
- Experience with Business Objects, Hadoop, Hive, and Python for big data processing
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data visualization
- Skilled in Oracle SQL Developer and advanced analytics
