Data and Insight Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time salaried Data and Insight Analyst will develop and optimize scalable analytics and reporting solutions while collaborating with internal teams to enhance data quality and automate reporting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable analytics and reporting solutions using SQL, Hadoop, Hive, and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Drive automation of reporting workflows and data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across data environments and reporting platforms, providing best practice guidance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, including 3+ years in consulting and 3-5 years in data architecture
- Experience with Business Objects, Hadoop, Hive, and Python for big data processing and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence
- Skilled in Oracle SQL Developer, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling
