Data and Reporting Team Lead
Job Summary
To support the growth of the business, the fully remote Team Lead - Data and Reporting Analysis will manage day-to-day data requests, supervise team members, and develop strategies to enhance project completion while collaborating with internal customers.
Key responsibilities
- Directly supervise and review the work of team members
- Manage daily requests for data and reports while supporting regulatory and business reporting
- Build and support Data Migration staging environments and warehouses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in Insurance, Supervisory, Data Analytics, and Reporting
- Solid understanding of data structures and ETL processes
- Experience with Analytics/BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos
- Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub, DevOps, etc.) and process flows using Visio
- Ability to collaborate with internal customers and communicate key insights effectively
