Data and Research Manager
Job Summary
Managing the outreach funnel, the remote contract Data and Research Manager will extract state asset lists, coordinate with data vendors, and organize information for multi-channel outreach to drive cash flow for the division.
Key responsibilities
- Extract and maintain state-level unclaimed property/asset lists from public sources
- Request and manage data batching with third-party vendors to append current contact information
- Track reach and response data across channels to optimize funnel performance and cash flow
Required qualifications
- Experience with data extraction, cleaning, and organization (Excel/Sheets required; SQL a plus)
- Familiarity with skip-tracing or batch data vendor platforms
- Comfort with OSINT/AI-assisted research tools for public profile discovery
- Prior experience in asset recovery, skip tracing, marketing operations, or data research strongly preferred
