Job Summary
Owning the design and evolution of a cloud-native data platform, the full-time remote Data Architect will lead the architecture of a metadata-driven data integration platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into durable architectural patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver new features for a multi-tenant SaaS environment serving 200+ clients
- Own the Azure Data Factory and Databricks pipeline architecture while driving the data governance model
- Review client-provided documents and develop strategies to meet business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in data science and development
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and integration techniques
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
