Job Summary
To support product development initiatives, the remote Data Architect will define, design, and implement data architecture patterns and frameworks that enable trusted, governed, and business-ready data while optimizing automated data flows across cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Define reusable data products, semantic models, and architecture patterns to accelerate product development and analytics delivery
- Establish data contracts, schema standards, and integration patterns to enhance reliability across source systems and applications
- Lead metadata, lineage, catalog, and data observability strategies to improve discoverability and regulatory readiness
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics engineering
- Expert-level experience with Snowflake, including semantic views, security controls, and performance optimization
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing data frameworks
- Familiarity with Medallion and Lambda architecture patterns
- Proficiency in data modeling and governance procedures
