Job Summary
To establish a scalable data ecosystem, the full-time remote Data Architect will define and govern the enterprise data architecture for an Azure-based platform, reverse engineer the Avatar NX EHR data model, and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Azure data architecture and define enterprise data domains
- Establish data governance standards and implement a data catalog and lineage framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide architectural guidance and ensure integration across systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or enterprise data engineering
- Hands-on experience designing data platforms in Azure, including ADF and SQL
- Proven experience integrating EHR, CRM, and financial systems
- Strong expertise in relational and dimensional data modeling and data governance frameworks
