Data Architect - Minnesota Licensed

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end architecture and engineering standards for modern data platforms, the full-time Data Architect - Minnesota Licensed will lead architectural decision-making, design scalable data solutions, and ensure high-quality data delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve target-state data architecture, including integration patterns and platform standards
• Lead the design and build of robust ELT/ETL pipelines using Python and distributed processing
• Establish engineering practices to improve reliability, maintainability, and developer productivity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering and/or data architecture roles with ownership of enterprise-scale data solutions
• 6+ years of experience designing modern data platforms and scalable data delivery approaches
• 3+ years of data modeling expertise, including dimensional and canonical models
• 1+ years of experience with cloud data technologies such as Snowflake and/or Databricks
• 1+ years of workflow orchestration experience with Apache Airflow and managed platforms
