Data Architect Program Lead
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of data solutions, the full-time salaried Data Architect Program Lead will develop scalable cloud-based data infrastructure and ETL pipelines while working remotely and ensuring compliance with data governance practices.
Key responsibilities
- Participates in planning and high-level design of data solutions, exploring alternatives and evaluating new technologies
- Develops and maintains cloud-based data infrastructure and implements ETL pipelines using AWS services
- Establishes data governance practices and provides guidance on the cultural adoption of data mesh principles
Required qualifications
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in designing and implementing data architectures
- At least five (5) years of experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Demonstrated two (2) years of experience leading and mentoring data engineering teams
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field preferred
