Job Summary
Partnering with clients to design and govern enterprise data frameworks, the full-time remote Data Architecture Practice Director will lead the development of scalable data architectures supporting AI, ML, and LLM initiatives while building GDT's Data Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and architecture engagements to define data foundations for AI, ML, and LLM initiatives
- Build and oversee scalable ingestion, storage, and processing pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Translate business goals into architecture decisions, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or cloud architecture
- Strong understanding of cloud data and AI services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience designing data platforms and pipelines that support AI/ML workloads in production environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with data governance, quality, lineage, and security
