Key responsibilities
- Document and validate business and data requirements for completeness and accuracy
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiencies
- Perform data analysis, profiling, mapping, and quality assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of IT Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise data and analytics initiatives
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile large datasets
- 3+ years of experience with Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms
- Experience in developing process documentation, business requirements, and data lineage documentation
- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise reporting solutions
